At Top Sports Ventures , customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 1 Days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The item received is significantly different from the product ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, and gifts (if any) must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Clearance, promotional, discounted, or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- Used grips, overgrips, replacement parts, strings, accessories, or consumable items.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Pickleball Paddle Warranty
Most pickleball paddles are covered under the manufacturer's warranty rather than TopSports Malaysia.
Warranty approval is subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.
TopSports Malaysia will assist customers with the warranty claim process but cannot guarantee approval by the manufacturer.
Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- They are defective.
- They arrive damaged.
- The wrong item was shipped.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 1 days after receiving your order.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
- We shipped the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by TopSports Malaysia.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or lost during delivery, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the courier service to investigate the shipment.
Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the courier's investigation is completed.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Damaged product
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Do not dispose of the packaging until the investigation is completed.
