Warranty Policy

Please ensure that you understand the warranty claim terms before making a purchase, and read the following policy carefully before submitting any claim.
1. General Warranty Terms
- All warranty claims are handled directly by the respective brands (not TopSports).
- TopSports only assists customers in submitting warranty claims to the brand.
- Warranty periods and policies vary by brand.
- All warranty decisions are made solely by the brand and are final.
- The brand reserves the right to determine the outcome and method of any warranty claim.
- Warranty replacements are strictly limited to a one-time replacement (same model or equivalent value product).
2. Eligibility for Warranty Claims
- Warranty applies only to pickleball paddles purchased from TopSports.
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
- All claims must be submitted within the valid warranty period.
- Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser only (no third-party submissions allowed).
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
- Only manufacturing defects (factory defects) are covered under warranty.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are required to return the defective paddle to TopSports.
- Customers may either bring the paddle to our store or ship it to us at their own expense.
- All shipping and logistics costs must be borne by the customer.
- Customers must comply with the final warranty resolution provided by the brand.
- Customers are not entitled to request alternative compensation, upgrades, refunds, or any arrangements outside the brand’s warranty policy.
- By using the paddle, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions stated in this policy.
4. Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage / user-caused damage
- Improper use or misuse
- Loss or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
5. Warranty Submission Methods
Option 1: In-Store Submission
- Bring the paddle together with valid proof of purchase to our store
Option 2: Mail-In Submission
- Customers may ship the defective paddle to TopSports at their own expense
6. Processing Time
- Estimated processing time: 7–31 working days
- Claims that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected
